This Privacy Policy describes how Dexik, Inc. (“Dexik,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses and discloses personal information through the websites and services identified below. It also describes choices and rights that may be available under applicable U.S. law.
1. Company and covered websites
The company responsible for this policy is Dexik, Inc.

Telephone: +1 310 740 3523 and +1 800 983 3945.
Privacy email: privacy@dexik.com
Covered websites: dexik.com, dexik.services and loanmasterpro.com
A separate product agreement, customer privacy notice or data processing addendum may apply to information processed within a customer deployment or hosted service. If Dexik processes personal information solely on behalf of a business customer, that customer controls the relevant purposes and instructions, and requests concerning that information should generally be directed to the customer.
2. Personal information we collect
Depending on the interaction, Dexik may collect:
- Identifiers and contact information, including name, business email, telephone number, company, job title, mailing address and account credentials.
- Inquiry and project information, including messages, quotation requests, service interests, attachments and correspondence.
- Commercial information, including products or services considered or purchased, proposals, contracts, transaction records and customer-support history.
- Internet and network activity, including IP address, browser and device attributes, timestamps, pages viewed, referring URLs, cookie identifiers, server logs and security events.
- Professional or employment-related information when a person applies for work or provides business-profile information.
- Audio, electronic or similar information if calls or demonstrations are recorded after legally required notice or consent.
- Inferences or service-interest profiles derived from interactions, but only where actually generated by configured analytics or sales systems.
Dexik does not ask website visitors to provide Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, health information, precise geolocation, biometric identifiers or other sensitive personal information through a general contact form. Please do not submit such information unless Dexik specifically requests it through an appropriate secure process.
3. Sources of information
Dexik may obtain personal information:
- Directly from the individual, including through forms, email, telephone calls, demonstrations and contracts.
- Automatically from devices and browsers when the websites are used.
- From an employer, business partner, reseller, referral source or customer.
- From service providers supporting security, analytics, communications or business operations.
- From public sources, such as company websites and professional directories, where permitted by law.
4. How we use personal information

- Authenticate users and protect websites, systems and services from fraud, abuse and security threats.

- Establish, exercise or defend legal claims and comply with lawful requests.
- Complete a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. Contact and quotation forms
Information submitted through a contact, demonstration or quotation form is used to understand and respond to the request, route it to appropriate personnel, prepare a proposal, and protect the form from spam or misuse. Required fields are needed to process the request. Submission of an inquiry does not by itself enroll the sender in unrelated marketing.
6. Cookies and online technologies
Dexik may use cookies, pixels, local storage and similar technologies for website operation, security, preferences, analytics and, if enabled, advertising measurement. Browser settings may allow visitors to block or delete cookies, although strictly necessary features may then function differently.
Where applicable law recognizes an opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, Dexik will process supported signals as required.
7. How we disclose personal information
Dexik may disclose personal information to:
- Service providers supporting hosting, email, customer relationship management, communications, analytics, security, file storage, backup, payment, accounting and professional services.
- Affiliates, resellers and business partners where needed to respond to a request or provide an integrated service.

- Other parties with the individual's direction or consent.
Service providers are authorized to use personal information only for contracted purposes and are expected to protect it appropriately.
8. Sale, sharing and targeted advertising
Dexik does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Dexik does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or process it for targeted advertising as those terms are defined by applicable state privacy laws. If these practices change, Dexik will update this policy and provide any legally required opt-out mechanism before beginning the new practice.
9. Retention
Dexik retains personal information for the period reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, taking account of the relationship, operational needs, legal obligations, security, dispute resolution and applicable limitation periods. The periods are:
- General inquiries not resulting in a business relationship: up to 12 months after the last substantive communication.

Information may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for an investigation, litigation hold, security incident, legal claim or other lawful requirement.
10. Data security
Dexik uses administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure. Safeguards are selected in light of the information and processing risk. No online service, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
11. U.S. state privacy rights
Residents of certain U.S. states may have privacy rights when the relevant law applies to Dexik and the processing. Depending on the state and applicable exceptions, these rights may include:

An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, subject to verification of authority and identity. Dexik will respond within the period required by the applicable law.
